Home Safety First Always provides home renovation, remodeling, and related services including but not limited to interior design, roofing, solar installation, security systems, flooring, and door & window installation. All services are subject to a separate written contract.
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Fixed-price contracts are guaranteed once a deposit is received. Estimates are non-binding and may change based on actual project conditions discovered during construction.
Projects require a 30% deposit at contract signing, with progress payments at defined milestones and final payment upon project completion. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
Project timelines are estimates based on best-case conditions. Delays caused by weather, material shortages, change orders, or unforeseen structural issues may extend the timeline. We commit to communicating any delays promptly.
Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect project cost and timeline.
We provide a lifetime workmanship warranty on labor and facilitate manufacturer warranties on materials. Warranties are void if work is modified by third parties or damaged by negligence, natural disasters, or improper maintenance.
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellation after material procurement may require payment for materials already ordered.
Home Safety First Always is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the total contract value of the project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Larimer County, Colorado.
